Michael Arrington of TechCrunch got his hands on AllPeers today and loved what he saw.

As I wrote before, Allpeers is the “Killer App for Firefox.

From everything I’ve read about it it really does look great. It’s great that the Mozilla platform can support these amazing modifications. Like he said, SongBird, Flock, and other FireFox based apps really need to support this extension in their builds.

Sign up for AllPeers here. It is expected to give live in late March.

  1. I had heard briefly about it before and didn’t pay much attention to it. It seemed rather dull and my first impression was that it was some sort of “shared folders” thing only.

Now that I took a closer look at it, with distributed file sharing capabilities, contacts and everything, it really does seem very promising! Can’t wait to get my hands on it! :-)
